Amtrak's HIGHER SPEED Rail: Riding the Lincoln Service

*CLICK "CC" TO WATCH WITH SUBTITLES* Amtrak's Lincoln Service was one of the first Midwest routes to be cleared for revenue 110mph service. This was a very good video. Good content... Subbed.
Is the a JAPAN AIRLIES B777-300 is why is
Same
Local Nashville here. Love the way you captured BNA while also getting a glimpse at the satellite concourse.
I went to school in Nashville in the early 2000’s and that airport has come along way! So much more there now!
Nice video ✈️
The Nashville American hub still kids sticks out, They fly Cancun on American and go to London Heathrow on BA regularly
Yeah the CUN route is pretty interesting, same with RDU. I'm glad BA came with LHR too.
My house is a few blocks away from the railway diamond in bloomington il. I can literally hear the booms because of the diamond. If the booms are short its a amtrak if its long its a intermodel or a cargo train. Sometimes i even go to the constitution trail and go to the bridge. You could see a train going under. Just wanted to share. 😀
Your vids are always entertaining
Really really enjoy your trip reports!!! You provide lots of interesting information and I appreciate it!!!
Btw it’s to Tokyo Narita
Denver, IK, Btw I commented this before you said anything about DEN. But fr though Denver? Why Denver? You can’t even connect with United for Turkish air, Denver is the 19th largest is the US, cmon delta, Start flights from Atlanta to India or somthen. Lrgedt sirport right.
Cathay pacific mentioned 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣💥💥💥💥💥🗣🔥🔥🔥WHAT DA HAIL IS BEING ON TIME 🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🗣
That crap is falling apart, 28 year old plane still flying. Sure... the interior for the passengers looks modernized but inside it's all rotten and breaking down.
Yes
I thought it was interesting when you mentioned the AA Kodiak cabin because I agree completely. I have preference to United and Delta because they are favoring seatback entertainment. I will still fly American though obviously if necessary. But I like your thoughts on it. Have a good day!
Southwest now has a hub in Nashville!!!
Don’t fly this POS AIRLINE
There’s this one airline in canada that still has a few 737-200s!
Love the video, man! The new satellite gates at BNA are amazing. Contour moved over there too, so you get your fair share of ex-AA 140's up there too 🙌
Thanks a lot! That's really cool Contour moved there.
CLT is still a hub
I wasn’t talking about CLT
@@ASAviation then the way the description is written is very confusing. Suggest re writing it.
@@Christopher-hg2yi I understand, my apologies
N200NV aka 3NV… the NV at the end of the registration number is just a way to make it easier to identify the aircraft’s Nose/Tail number. The tail number is what helps Aircraft Maintenance to identify a part’s effectivity to see if it can be compatible with a given aircraft type. American has been doing this on their newer airplanes
2:37 JetBlue also uses Gate B6 at Charleston SC!
Love to see them keeping up with the trend everywhere XD
The chrome 737-800 is my favorite special livery by far because I have tons of memories flying on AA’s 737s in the old livery. In fact I was lucky enough to see it at O’Hare while waiting for my Aer Lingus flight to Dublin
It's an icon for sure. I miss the days when that livery was everywhere!
Ive seen all your videos and I am from Pakistan too. I am flying to Karachi in a month via Chicago and Doha. I live in Kansas City, Mo. We recently got a brand new airport a little more than a year ago. The old one was boring but convenient but I really think you should try the new airport out. It is less than an hour to Chicago by plane.
Awesome! I was planning to come to the Airliners International convention which is in MCI this year but sadly did not have time. Kansas City is definitely on my list to visit sometime!
@@ASAviation I think you should try Saudia they have a prayer room and the last time I took the flight I went from Chicago to Riyadh and then to madinah for umrah
N200NV was delivered in 2016 to AA. Thats all I know
The FAA Registry for it says it's been N200NV since purchased, and will run through to 2029.
I flew through BNA on the way to phx from CLT with Southwest and I absolutely hated BNA on the Southwest side... it is so dull
6:05 the goat 😎
Amazing
Horrible if you land at gates M31 and higher. The walk to customs is endless. Moving sidewalks are not working a lot of the time. Really leaves a poor first impression to people arriving from abroad.
Who the hell flies regional first class? Is it walking across the little carpet before group 1 or whatever boards?
At this point TK is in a great position to dethrone major Middle eastern giants like Emirates and Etihad
Turkish should come to John Wayne/ontario!!!! those residents often have a hard time going to LAX
Flying Breeze tomorrow for the first time. Thanks for this video. Great spokes person 💯
Still the Tappan Zee Bridge to me
I guess when your 30 minutes late at Westchester your luck they leave the lights on for you 😊

If it is non-stop then no point. Flight time ends up being longer. Also might as well book a layover ticket with another airline so you can get off the plane and get some rest or see another city.
The 777-300ER is my favorite plane too, along with the 747-8I and A380.
Read my article on this: aeroxplorer.com/articles/the-insane-growth-of-turkish-airlines.php
I figured if those PW1000 series engines on the A320NEO family, the A220s, and E195-E2 were brand spanking new, sometimes they’d have technical difficulties. I’m glad it doesn’t seem major. I mean ever since the Boeing 737MAX family first got started, 2 crashes happened involving that aircraft causing Boeing to ground all 737MAX aircraft. Could Airbus and Embraer have to temporarily ground all their NEO PW1000 engine equipped aircraft temporarily? I really like how quiet and fuel efficient these engines are.
The thing about Denver Airport is that it is effectively a gateway to the entire United States in all directions. There is almost no place in the country you can’t consistently directly go to on United from Denver. I don’t know why the other Star Alliance airlines that don’t already go there don’t go there. All Nippon, Singapore, EVA, Air New Zealand, Air India, Air China, and Asiana from the Asian/Oceanic side would open up the entire US east, north or south of Denver through codeshares, and from the European/Asian/Latin American side Avianca, SWISS, LOT, TAP, Ethiopian, Austrian and Brussels would have the entire US west, north and south of Denver through codeshares.
Other cities they could hopefully go to in addition to the ones mentioned: -Nashville -Buffalo or Rochester NY (large Turkish population there) -San Diego -Fort Lauderdale -New Orleans -Indianapolis -Milwaukee -St. Louis -Austin -Salt Lake City -Portland OR -Providence RI or Hartford CT -Cleveland -Pittsburgh -Cincinnati -Raleigh -Calgary -Ottawa -Baltimore (this is a very long shot because of Turkish’s partnership with United, which has a hub at the close-by and much bigger Washington Dulles Airport)

it could be RDU they have a even bigger international footprint than CLT

Great video!
I worked on one of the last flights in our DFW hub! Specifically, I did the last flight between DFW-GGG. It was time for its retirement, but I appreciate how revolutionary it was for American Eagle back in 1998. It was our first jetliner!
Wow turkish does seem to be expanding a lot in the recent years. Travel to denver allowed to catch one of the Turkish Aircraft, really neat to see these operations considering so many other international carriers already have operations there!
